Il modulo Dolibarr Quote chiamato anche "Commercial Proposals" è un modulo gratuito fornito con Dolibarr ERP e CRM.

Per attivare il modulo, ti invitiamo a seguire i seguenti passaggi:

- vai al tuo Dolibarr, quindi connettiti con il tuo account amministratore, vai alla pagina: Home => Configurazione => Moduli.

Cerca la scheda del modulo "Proposte commerciali" in cui viene visualizzato il modulo, quindi fai clic su: Attiva.

Creazione di una proposta commerciale o preventivo su Dolibarr:

La creazione di una proposta commerciale in Dolibarr viene eseguita da terzi. ovvero la terza parte deve essere già definita "Cliente" o "Prospect". Ovviamente deve essere stato attivato anche il modulo "terze parti".

Per creare un Preventivo, vai nella scheda "Cliente o Prospect" del file "Terze Parti" interessato dal preventivo, Clicca sul pulsante "Crea proposta".

Compila tutti i campi necessari o facoltativi per creare una bozza di proposta, quindi convalida la voce.

Tieni presente che quando viene creata una proposta commerciale, si trova nello stato "Bozza". Quindi passa allo stato "convalidato". Può anche essere modificato nello stato "firmato" (il cliente lo ha accettato), oppure "rifiutato" o semplicemente "Chiuso" se il caso è "Chiuso"

L'opzione migliore del Dolibarr ERP è che possiamo convertire la proposta in una fattura o in un ordine, con un semplice clic sul pulsante, cioè manualmente o anche automaticamente tramite la configurazione del modulo " Proposte commerciali Dolibarr "
